Conduct first hearing to amend the Fresno County Ordinance Code, Title 2 Administration, Chapters 2.09 - Information Technology Services Department and 2.11 - General Services Department, waive reading of the proposed Ordinances in their entirety, and set the second hearing for October 7, 2025; Conduct first hearing to amend the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, and Recovered Costs, Section 4300 - Information Technology Services, waive reading of the proposed Ordinance in its entirety, and set the second hearing for October 7, 2025; Designate County Counsel to prepare fair and adequate summaries of the proposed Ordinances; and Direct the Clerk of the Board to post and publish the required summaries in accordance with California Government Code, section 25124(b)(1)
