Find that the proposed rezone of subject 44.12-acre site from existing AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District to RR-5 (Rural Residential, 5-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District is consistent with the County’s General Plan; Adopt an ordinance pertaining to Amendment Application (AA) No. 3874 thereby rezoning the subject 44.12-acre site from the existing AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District to the RR-5 (Rural Residential, 5-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District; and Designate County Counsel to prepare a fair and adequate summary of proposed Ordinance and direct Clerk of the Board to post and publish the required summary in accordance with Government Code, Section 25124(a) (subject parcels are located on westside of Biglione Dr., north of Reno Avenue, approximately 1.08-miles north from the city limits of the City of Fresno (APNs: 300-320-18S, 300-320-19S, 580-010-11S, and 580-010-12S) (12775 Auberry Rd.)
