Retroactively approve and authorize the Chief Probation Officer’s previous submittal of a grant application to the State of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) for the Probation Department’s 2025 Intensive Supervision of High-Risk Felony and Repeat DUI Offenders (Repeat DUI) Program ($343,000); and approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive grant agreement with OTS (Grant Number AL25022), with an electronic signature, to provide Intensive Probation Supervision for Repeat DUI Offenders for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 ($343,000)
