Approve and authorize Chairman to execute Agreement with Malaga County Water District for Wastewater Treatment Plant Screw Pump Replacement Project, Community Development Block Grant Project No. 24151, which consists of replacement of a wastewater screw pump in order to maintain current operations at wastewater treatment plant, effective upon execution through May 12, 2026, total Community Development Block Grant funding amount not to exceed $300,000; and approve and authorize Director of Public Works and Planning to evaluate and approve timeline extensions and scope modifications for completion of Project, as requested by Malaga County Water District, in compliance with Federal Community Development Block Grant Regulations, and so long as modifications do not change fundamental nature of Project
