Approve and authorize Chairman to execute a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Fresno, which provides that the City will act as a Fiscal Agent for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2023 Local Solicitation from the U.S. Department of Justice (U.S. DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) ($103,324); approve and authorize Chairman to execute the Certifications and Assurances as Chief Executive of the Applicant Unit of Local Government; and authorize the Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator or his designee to sign claims for reimbursement and programmatic reports that are necessary to stay in compliance with this grant
