Conduct first hearing to amend the Fresno County Ordinance Code, Title 2, Chapter 2.38, Section 2.38.030 to allow Children and Families Commission presentations of annual audit and report to be placed either on the regular or consent portions of future Board of Supervisors' agendas; waive first reading of the Ordinance in its entirety; and set second hearing for May 7, 2024; Designate County Counsel to prepare a fair and adequate summary of the proposed Ordinance; and Direct the Clerk of the Board to post and publish the required summary in accordance with Government Code 25124(b)(1)
