Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Second Amendment to Agreement with CCS Facility Services - Fresno, Inc., adding janitorial services at two additional County locations, effective upon execution, increasing the maximum compensation by $1,000,000 to a total of $4,560,000, with no change to the potential five-year term of August 10, 2021, through August 9, 2026, which includes a three-year initial term with two optional one-year extensions
