(Kaiser), for the coordination of Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services provided to Medi-Cal beneficiaries, effective upon execution by all parties with unlimited (12) month auto-renewals unless terminated by either party ($0)
