Conduct first hearing to amend the Fresno County Ordinance Code, Title 2, Chapter 2.80, Section 2.80.150 to allow the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Advisory Committee (AC) members to receive compensation for attending monthly meetings to increase member participation; waive first reading of the Ordinance in its entirety; and set second hearing for March 5, 2024; Designate County Counsel to prepare a fair and adequate summary of the proposed Ordinance; and Direct the Clerk of the Board to post and publish the required summary in accordance with Government Code Section 25124(b)(1)
