Planning Commission Determination of General Plan Consistency for property located at 16000 Dorsey Avenue, pursuant to the State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission consider the location, purpose, and extent of the real property acquisition described herein as required under Government Code Section 65402(c), adopt Resolution No. PC 2025-001 finding that the real property acquisition is in conformance with the City’s General Plan, and make CEQA findings pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(B)(3) and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
