Master Case No. 24-0020: Tentative Parcel Map No. 24-0004 (TPM No. 20820) and Design Review No. 24-0007- A request to consolidate five (5) parcels into one (1) parcel and create a remainder parcel, and a request for site and architectural review of a new 60,060 square foot civic building (Fontana Unified School District Support Building) and associated site improvements, on approximately 4.47 gross acres located north of Arrow Boulevard, west of Citrus Avenue and east of Tokay Avenue, at (APNs: 0232-112-13, -14, -43, -45, and -46), pursuant to a Categorical Exemption in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section No. 15332. RECOMMENDATION: Based on the information in the staff report and subject to the attached Findings and Conditions of Approval, staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution PC No. 2024-____; and, 1. Determine that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section No. 15332 (Class No. 32, Infill Development), and Section No. 3.22 (Categorical Exemption) of the Local 2019 Guidelines for Implementing the CEQA, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; and, 2. Approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 24-0004 (TPM No. 20820); and, 3. Approve Design Review No. 24-0007.
