Approve and Authorize the Revocable Grant Agreement, Regulatory Agreement, and Grant Deed of Trust between San Bernardino County and the City of Fontana for property located at 17133 Valley Boulevard, Fontana, California (“Property”) authorizing the City to accept a grant from San Bernardino County of up Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for the purpose of converting the Property to interim housing and provide one hundred twenty (120) beds of affordable housing (excluding one unrestricted manager’s unit) for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness, as defined in Part 578.3 of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
