Target go live date is October 2026 Lilly asked DCPO Borovich if Probation keeps records/statistics on recidivism. DCPO Borovich mentioned pulling a report from the Case Management system but considerations: State mandate change record seals which may cause data issues with kids 14-17yrs old – not accessible so may not have most accurate data. Can pull Violation of Probation (VOP) data. Treasurer Report - Sandy Hurley sent Commission balance statement. No new expenses to report – emailed Commission members statements on 8/25/26 prior to meeting.

She has a few questions she would like to discuss with the Commisson members in attendance at the inspection as well as check in with DCPO, Borovich for clarification before finalizing the report. Hope to have this done by the September 15, 2026 JJDPC meeting. Guerrero noted to write the report objectively - if a safety concern, then have open dialog with Probation to address concerns.
