The MAC previously heard this item as a preapplication on June 7, 2023. Up to 5,009 square feet will be requested from El Dorado County Planning Commission following the guidance in Chapter 2, section 80 of the Meyers Area Plan. There is currently 31,920 square feet of commercial floor area available.
