The project site consists of a three-story climate-controlled self-storage building and four (4) single-story exterior drive-up non-climate-controlled buildings, comprising fully enclosed oversized units. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-060-012, consisting of 12 acres, is located on the northwest corner of Latrobe Road and Suncast Lane, in the El Dorado Hills Community Region, submitted by El Dorado Hills Owner, LLC; Staff recommends the Planning Commission take one of the following actions: 1. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration* based on the Initial Study prepared by staff in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines; 2. Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines Section 15074(d) (Exhibit M); and 3. Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP25-0011, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented. (Supervisor District 2)
