Hearing to consider Russell Private Kennel Project (Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0001) request to allow for the operation of a private (non-commercial) kennel consisting of a maximum of 10 dogs at a time in the existing single-family residence on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 104-350-019, consisting of 5 acres, is located on the east side of Vienna Drive, approximately 650 feet northwest of the intersection with Salmon Falls Road, in the Pilot Hill area, submitted by Ann Russell; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: 1) Find Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0001 to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301, Existing Facilities, of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2) Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP26-0001, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
