Sheriff’s Office recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the continuation of the perpetual Agreement 10424 with Cellebrite Inc. for the use of Cellebrite Premium Unlimited Software Package for three years through August 25, 2029, for cell phone data extraction services for investigative purposes, in accordance with Procurement Policy C-17, Section 2.6; and 2) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute a Purchase Order with Cellebrite for an amount up to $72,000 for a term of October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, for software license and support and maintenance of hardware for the Cellebrite Premium Unlimited Package.
