El Dorado County Air Quality Management District recommending the Board, acting as the Board of Directors of the Air Quality Management District: 1) Authorize the Board Chair to sign a budget transfer moving appropriations approved in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 budget to fixed assets to allow payment to the vendor of the Board-approved contract and allow the Auditor to book the Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers as fixed assets; and 2) Add 24 new EV chargers installed at the County facilities under public works Agreement 10118 to the approved fixed asset list for FY 2026-27. FUNDING: AB2766 Motor Vehicle Emission Reduction surcharge funds.
