Parks, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, and Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 148-2026, which authorizes the Director of Transportation to apply for and accept federal funding from the 2026 System Performance Program provided by the Sacramento Area Council of Governments for the El Dorado Trail Weber Creek Trestle Bridge Project in the amount of approximately $5,311,800 and a County Match of $688,200; and 2) Authorize the Director of Transportation to approve and execute any grant documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests, etc., which may be necessary for the completion of the grant project if awarded. FUNDING: System Performance Program grant funds (88.53%) and Capital Designation match funds (11.47%).
