Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board: 1) Delegate the authority to the HHSA Behavioral Health Deputy Director to execute Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 10270, and the applicable exhibits, with California Correctional Health Care Services Health Information Management for the provision of electronic data sharing services provided under MOU 10270 for a term of three years effective upon final execution; and 2) Authorize the HHSA Behavioral Health Director or Deputy Director to execute further documents relating to MOU 10270, including amendments which do not increase the maximum obligation or term of the MOU, contingent upon approval by County Counsel, Risk Management, and Information Technology Department, as applicable.
