Chief Administrative Office recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agreement 10272 with the El Dorado Resource Conservation District for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, in the amount of $163,670.56 for Fiscal Year 2026-27, with compensation in subsequent fiscal years calculated based on the total assessed value of land, as outlined in the Agreement; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agreement 10273 with the Georgetown Divide Resource Conservation District for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, in the amount of $163,670.56 for Fiscal Year 2026-27, with compensation in subsequent fiscal years calculated based on the total assessed value of land, as outlined in the Agreement.
