Supervisor Laine and Supervisor Parlin recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 105-2026 which approves and authorizes the Arts and Culture El Dorado to submit proposals to the California Arts Council for the State-Local Partnership Program and to execute the grant contract if the grant is awarded. This Resolution will rescind and replace Resolution 054-2019. FUNDING: N/A
