Facilities, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Make findings pursuant to Section 3.13.030 (B) of the El Dorado County Ordinance Chapter 3.13, Contracting Out, that specialty skills and qualifications not expressly identified in County classifications are involved in the performance of the work; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Amendment I to Agreement for Services 8590 with Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc., extending the term for a total of nine months with a new term expiration date of May 19, 2027, and increasing the total compensation amount by $10,000 for a new total not to exceed $150,162 for ongoing mechanical and electrical engineering services related to the Placerville Jail Expansion Project. FUNDING: Senate Bill 844 funding.
