1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 052-2026 to ratify the Ordinance and Resolution adopted by North Tahoe Fire Protection District to reflect changes to the California Fire Code, 2025 Edition; delegate the enforcement of the Ordinances to the North Tahoe Fire Protection District Chief; and rescind the previous Resolution Adopted in 2023; and 2) Direct Staff to transmit the Board’s determination to the North Tahoe Fire Protection District within 15 days of the determination.
