Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Authorize the Department of Transportation to proceed with ordering title reports and certified appraisals, enter into negotiations with the owners or their designated representatives, and commence with the acquisition process for the White Rock Road Widening (2 to 4 lanes) - Post Street to South of Silva Valley Parkway Project, Capital Improvement Program Number 36105042 which could affect portions of the following subject parcels: APNs 118-010-013, 118-170-005 and 121-280-024; and 2) Appoint Transportation’s selected real estate negotiator for the County regarding the listed parcels.
