Surveyor's Office recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for two separate Slope and Drainage easement areas; and 2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcels are located within the community of El Dorado Hills, all lying within the area as shown on the Large Lot Map entitled “Eastridge Village”, filed in the office of the County Recorder in Book J of Subdivisions at Page 142.
