Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Notice of Acceptance with Globe Engineering Development for the County Service Area (CSA) 5 Project - Phase 3 Erosion Control Project (located within the Tahoma Community), Capital Improvement Program 36107003, Contract 8849; and 2) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to release the Payment and Performance Bonds to the Surety upon notification from the Department of Transportation, after the one-year guarantee period. (District 5) FUNDING: United States Forest Service (64%), County Service Area 5 Funds (24%), South Tahoe Public Utility District (4%), and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency/Water Quality (8%).
