Facilities, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Make findings pursuant to Section 3.13.030 (C) of the El Dorado County Ordinance Chapter 3.13, Contracting Out, that due to the limited time frames and temporary nature of the work, the ongoing aggregate of project management work related to the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Project is not sufficient to warrant the addition of permanent staff; 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Agreement for Services 10067 with Gale W. Rossi, a sole proprietor doing business as Rossi Consulting, a competitively qualified firm, for a total compensation amount not to exceed $800,000 and a term of 60 months from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, to provide as-needed project management services for the BHCIP project. FUNDING: 98% State Bond BHCIP Round 1 Grant Funds, 2% County Medical Services, with BHCIP matching funds provided through the County Medical Services Program Healthcare Infrastructure Development matching grant and in-kind equity.
