Human Resources Department recommending the Board: 1) Approve and adopt Resolution 150-2025 to establish a Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP) with Nationwide Retirement Solutions; and 2) Authorize the Director of Human Resources to execute any documents relating to the establishment of the PEHP contingent upon approval by County Counsel. FUNDING: Retiree Health Fund.
