Facilities, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Make findings in accordance with County Ordinance 3.13.030(b) that it is appropriate to contract with Pestmaster Services, L.P. under Agreement 9883 because specialty skills and qualifications not expressly identified in County classifications are involved in the performance of pest control work; 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Agreement for Services 9883 with Pestmaster Services, L.P., a competitively qualified firm, for a total compensation amount not to exceed $115,000 and a term of three years, to provide routine pest control services at various County-operated locations; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any necessary amendments relating to Agreement for Services 9883, excluding term extensions and increases to the total compensation amount, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
