Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Notice of Acceptance with Doug Veerkamp General Engineering Inc., for the 2025 Countywide DOT Maintenance Pavement Rehabilitation Projects, Contract 9299 on Larsen Drive, Barkley Road, Mount Aukum Road, Somerset Loop, Salmon Falls Road, Kekin Street, Wailaki Street, Nahane Drive, Henderson Street, Egret Way, Beaver Bre, East River Park Drive, W River Park Drive, Panorama Drive, and Gillette Drive throughout the County for road repairs in the 2025 construction season; and 2) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to release the Payment and Performance Bonds to the Surety upon notification from the Department of Transportation, after the one-year guarantee period. FUNDING: Road Repair and Rehabilitation Act of 2017 (SB1-RMRA) (100%).
