Sheriff's Office recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the continued use of perpetual Agreement 1026 with Keefe Commissary Network, LLC, an affiliate of The Keefe Group, to provide commissary services to the inmates housed in the Placerville and South Lake Tahoe Jails; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to post a change order for the perpetual agreement to ensure availability in FY 2025-26, in an estimated amount of $200,000. FUNDING: Inmate Welfare Trust Account.
