Supervisor Turnboo and Supervisor Veerkamp recommending the Board authorize the Chair to sign a Proclamation to acknowledge the retirement of Cleve Morris, City Manager of the City of Placerville. Cleve Morris has been the City Manager for the City of Placerville for 15 years. He has now decided to retire and we submit this Proclamation for Board consideration in recognition of his time with the City and to wish him the best in retirement. FUNDING: N/A
