Staff recommending that the Task Force: 1) Finalize recommendations on affordable housing policies for the Board's consideration; 2) Review the draft Resolution of Intent (ROI) to amend Article 3, Chapter 130.31 - Affordable Housing Density Bonus of the Zoning Ordinance to include additional affordable housing approaches, incorporating final recommendations; and 3) Direct staff to schedule a Task Force update to the Board that includes review of the proposed ROI.
