Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Notice of Acceptance with Westcon Construction Corp., for the El Dorado Trail - Missouri Flat Road Bike/Pedestrian Overcrossing Phase 2 Project, Contract No. 8144, CIP 97015/36109002; and 2) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to release the Payment and Performance Bonds to the Surety upon notification from the Department of Transportation, after the one-year guarantee period. (District 3) FUNDING: Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (18%), Road Fund (<1%), Active Transportation Program (42%), Regional Surface Transportation Program Federal Funds - Caltrans Local Assistance (32%), Transportation Development Act (2%), Regional Surface Transportation Program Advance - Match (4%), and Tribe Funds (1%).
