Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement 9773 with the County of Santa Cruz, acting as the Host Entity for the Medi-Cal Administrative Activities and Targeted Case Management program, with a retroactive term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with no stated maximum obligation (estimated obligation of $20,000); 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to Agreement 9773, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not alter compensation or the term of the Agreement; and 3) Authorize the HHSA Director, or the Chief Assistant Director, to execute programmatic, administrative, and fiscal documents relating to Agreement 9773. FUNDING: 100% Federal funding for Medi-Cal Administrative Activities.
