Planning and Building Department, Affordable Housing Unit, recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign a budget transfer amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget, transferring $40,000 to the Housing Unit to pay for County Counsel services, and administration, monitoring, and compliance of the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program Funds.
