Probation Department, on behalf of the Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) Executive Committee, recommending the Board: 1) Review and accept the recommended Community Corrections (AB109) Public Safety Realignment Budget and related Implementation Plan for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26, in the amount of $9,004,277; 2) Review and approve the recommended items referred to in “Community Corrections (AB109) Planning/Implementation Budget” for FY 2025-26, in the amount of $226,500. A 4/5 vote would be required to not approve the budget(s) as recommended by the CCP. FUNDING: Community Corrections Sub-account within 2011 Realignment.
