Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign revenue-generating Agreement 9619 with California Health Collaborative, Inc. to accept clients to attend the El Dorado County Older Adult Day Services with a retroactive term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, with no stated maximum revenue; 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to revenue-generating Agreement 9619, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not increase Net County Cost; and 3) Authorize the HHSA Director, or the Chief Assistant Director, to execute programmatic, administrative, and fiscal documents relating to Agreement 9619.
