Supervisor Turnboo recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Proclamation recognizing October 23, 2025, as Deputy Brian "Ish" Ishmael Day; and 2) Authorize an exception to Board of Supervisors Policy F-4-Lowering of Flags, to honor the ultimate sacrifice given of Deputy Brian Ishmael by lowering our County Flag each year on October 23rd.
