Facilities, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Make findings pursuant to Article II, Section 210b(6) of the El Dorado County Charter that the ongoing aggregate of architectural and engineering work as related to the El Dorado County Navigation Center is not sufficient to warrant the addition of permanent staff; 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign Agreement for Services 9590 with Lionakis, a competitively qualified firm, for a total compensation amount not to exceed $169,485, and a term of two years, to provide architectural and engineering services related to the El Dorado County Navigation Center; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any necessary amendments relating to Agreement for Services 9590, excluding term extensions and increases to the total compensation amount, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management. FUNDING: 42% Homeless Housing Assistance Program State funding, 23% Permanent Local Housing Assistance State Funding, 35% General Fund from American Rescue Plan Act Lost Revenue and Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians funding.
