Emergency Medical Services, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 123-2025, which: 1) Approves the use of the attached Application for Advance Life Support (ALS) Non-Transport Unit or ALS Assessment Unit Permit/Agreement, to allow the Emergency Medical Services Division to tender permits to Advance Life Support non-transporting and assessment unit operators; and 2) Delegates authority to execute said Advanced Life Support Permits/Agreements to the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee. FUNDING: County Service Areas 3 and 7 special tax and benefit assessment revenue and ambulance fees.
