Commissioner Byrne recommending the Commission make the following changes to the funding request previously approved on August 28, 2024 (Legistar item 24-1475): 1) Rescind approval for funding in the amount of $1,000 to fund a grant for weed abatement at Parker Development pond located at Serrano Parkway and Silva Valley Parkway; 2) Approve additional funding in the amount of $500 for fish stocking at Serrano Village Green Pond; and 3) Return the remaining $500 to the Commission budget.
