Sheriff’s Office recommending the Board: 1) Authorize the Chair to sign Amendment I to Agreement 8228 with El Dorado Water District (also known as "El Dorado Hills Fire Department") to update the current job classification of fire liaison at the Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services to be performed by a District employee with a rank of Captain or above and not be limited to a rank of Battalion Chief only with no change to the amount or term; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute future amendments to Agreement 8228 that do not alter total amount or the term, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management. FUNDING: General Fund.
