Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 054-2025 to accept the making of Irrevocable Offers of Dedication (IOD) for Slope and Drainage Easement, Public Utilities Easement, and Temporary Construction Easements on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 317-285-019-000 as part of the Green Valley Road at Indian Creek - Bridge Replacement Project, Capital Improvement Program number 36105014; and 2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to the Making of an IOD and Certificate of Acceptances for the Slope and Drainage Easement, Public Utilities Easement, and Temporary Construction Easements and to record the IOD with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. FUNDING: N/A
