El Dorado County Air Quality Management District (AQMD) and El Dorado County Library Services recommending the Board: 1) Acting as the Board of Directors of the El Dorado County Air Quality Management District, authorize the District's Air Pollution Control Officer to execute an amendment to a funding agreement 8352 transferring AB2766 funding to Library Services for the purchase of an electric Bookmobile which reduces the grant amount by $100,000 for a new agreement amount of $115,366; 2) Acting as the Board of Directors of the El Dorado County Air Quality Management District, authorize AQMD to allocate the $100,000 removed from the grant to possible overages in infrastructure costs for the supporting fast chargers for use by the Bookmobile in Placerville and South Lake Tahoe; and 3) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the amendment to the MOU on behalf of Library Services.
