Planning and Building Department, Economic Development Division, recommending the Board consider the following: 1) In accordance with Board Policy A-6, accept an Engage, Empower, Implement Grant award in the amount of $250,000 as funding for the El Dorado County Housing Assessment and Taskforce Outreach; and 2) Authorize the Director of the Planning and Building Department to execute the grant agreement and subsequent amendments thereto that do not affect the dollar amount or the term and sign other grant-related documents as necessary, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management. FUNDING: Engage, Empower, Implement Grant, Federal Funding (100%).
