Department of Transportation recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign a budget transfer adjusting the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 to accommodate revised Capital Improvement Program project budgets and increased expenses due to reallocation of previously unused funding for previously approved projects in 2024 (see discussion/background for a detailed list of projects). The budget transfer will increase operating transfers out by $1,779,409, offset by decreases to contingency, and increase operating transfers in by $1,779,409, offset by increases to professional services.
