Facilities, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 169-2024, updating the project appointments and delegated authority for the Senate Bill (SB) 844 El Dorado County Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reentry Facility Placerville Jail Expansion Project; and 2) Authorize the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer to execute any funding agreement documents associated with the Placerville Jail Expansion Project including, but not limited to, amendments that do not change the dollar amount of the funding agreement (contingent on approval from County Counsel), requests for payments, reports, and all other associated documents necessary to secure the grant funds and implement the approved project. FUNDING: SB 844 Funding (62%) and General Fund Capital Designation (38%).
