Auditor-Controller recommending the Board: 1) Make findings in accordance with Section 3.13.030 (B) of the County Ordinance that specialty skills and qualifications not expressly identified in County classifications are involved in the performance of the work; and 2) Approve and authorize chair to sign this agreement with Calfee & Konwinski for three years covering the period of October 18, 2024 through October 17, 2027 for a not to exceed amount of $90,000.00. This agreement will allow the consultant to continue to provide legal services related to the preparation of legal proceedings regarding the collections of delinquent special taxes for special assessment districts.
